Paraplegic Afrikaner raped in Welkom SAPS-cells: can’t afford ARVs to prevent AIDS…

Thys Henzen, 43, paraplegic from a hit-and-run accident in Sasolburg , raped by black detainee in Welkom police cells: beaten by cops: night of hell after rough arrest by SAPS on trumped-up ‘assault’ charge which was dropped:

Henzen Thys paraplegic 43 roughly arrested by WELKOM cops SAPS AND RAPED IN POLICE CELL BY INMATES Feb 7 2012 Tom de Wet story Volksblad tdewet at volksblad com Thys Henzen, 43, paraplegic, raped by black detainee in Welkom police cells: beaten by cops: during night of hell after rough arrest by SAPS. Mr Henzen was also kicked horribly by a police-boot and the cops emptied out three cans of teargas into his face:

2012-02-08 Volksblad journalist Tom de Wet interviewed the heart-broken Thys Henzen, 43, a paraplegic man who lives in a wheelchair and who told the journalist about his night of hell in a Welkom police cell when he was helpless - and raped. "I feel dirty, abused, humiliated. What does a man do with the rest of his life after such an ordeal?" he asked with eyes brimming with tears.

His ordeal started on 29 January 2012: he was roughly arrested that evening inside his own home, brutally assaulted, thrown into the police vehicle despite his physical frailty - and a few hours later the totally helpless Afrikaner man was dragged from his wheelchair inside the SAPS-cells – and raped with considerable violence by a black detainee: one man had held a blanket over his mouth while another sodomised him. He has been examined and given a first round of antiretroviral medicine to prevent AIDS-transfer. However – he cannot afford the entire course of medicines he would need to make sure he won’t end up with AIDS after his ordeal.

If anybody can help please email tdewet@volksblad.com.

He said it all started when a man whom the impoverished Afrikaner shares his home with, had invited friends over for a rowdy party.
Sometime during that night, Mr Henzen had cut his hand when he was seated in his wheelchair and had bumped against a railing with a glass in his hand. His hand then involuntarily jumped pushed upwards while still clutching the broken glass -- and he then accidentially stabbed the arm of a man standing right night to him. The man wasn’t injured – but he got  angered by the paraplegic man's involuntarily mistake and phoned the police - lodging a complaint of assault.   The police arrived very promptly: sprayed pepperspray in the helpless Afrikaner’s mouth, he was ripped out of his wheelchair  and dragged to the front-garden and kicked – and then the badly disabled, frail Afrikaner was thrown into a police-van. They threw his wheel-chair in with him - so they knew he was disabled...

He was then driven around for quite a while in the van:  the police even stopped alongside a darkened road at one point to beat him some more in the back of the van and also emptied out three cans of tear-gas on his face.   Then they threw him in the Welkom police cells with harnened black criminals. At 3:30 one of the detainees dragged the disabled Afrikaner down to the floor, and muffled his screams with a dirty blanket across his mouth while a second man sodomised him. Only the next morning the traumatised Afrikaner man was found by SAPS station-commissioner brig. Mzondi Mojafi and col. Ben van Wyk.  They arranged to take him with a special vehicle designed to carry paraplegics -  to the court-room, where they asked for a postponement of his arraignment while they rushed him to hospital. At that point, the angered, unidentified party-goer had not yet dropped the charges… but during the course of the day, he did.

Henzen is terrified: he said he ‘thought about it for a week, thinking about whether he should tell his story to the news media and submit a charge against the SAPS.” "I am terrified of the police taking vengeance against me. I am totally helpless to defend myself if anything should happen.  "And then this humiliation,' he said.

Volksblad helped Henzen get in touch with the SAPS-section which deals with  sexual crimes - and he lodged a charge there.  The newspaper also arranged trauma-treatment and psychological treatment. He is very badly traumatised. Mr Hensen became paraplegic seven years ago after he was injured in a hit-and-run traffic crime in Sasolburg.  If anybody in the world can help this desperate man; please email Tom de Wet tdewet@volksblad.com

Daily 800 African asylum-seekers in WC cause most crimes

The information gathered for the past 2 years by Farmitracker.com already proved that crimes against and by illegal black-African migrants had risen dramatically since the World Cup 2010 throughout the country. (MAP) . Today the SA  parliament also heard that up to 800 black-African foreigners a day now stream into the Western Cape, the Free State and NW – adding dramatically to the growing crime-wave in those provinces...

Xenophobic attacks South Africa Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 Up to 800 illegal migrants a day arrive by bus  in the Western Cape – and apply for political asylum: police-road blocks reveal that many are armed, and carry drugs like khat and heroin…

2012-02-08 Parliament - Foreigners without legal papers from Somalia,Nigeria, the Congos, Namibia are streaming into the Western Cape in their thousands - reporting between 600 to 800 a day to the Department of Home Affairs requesting political asylum documents to fill in. This growing army of inemployable black foreigners is becoming criminalised and targetted by criminals at a rapid rate, SA MPs heard on Wednesday.

"As many as an estimated 8,000 a month are flowing into the province," provincial police commissioner Arno Lamoer told Parliament's police portfolio committee. The committee was being briefed by each of the nine provincial police commissioners on crime statistics, following the release of these in September.                         -------

Bellville railway station main target of Somalian asylum-seekers:

"If you see the influence of foreign nationals in the Western Cape, you will be shocked," Lamoer told MPs.

He invited them to take a trip with him to the Bellville railway station. (*which is an an area traditionally populated by working-class Afrikaners).   "You will see what it looks like there with foreign nationals - and it's only Somalians we have in that [Bellville] area."

His power-point presentation to the committee - a copy of which was not immediately available - also referred to Nigerians, Congolese, and Namibians in the province.

Lamoer said the National Department of Home affairs in the Western Cape was processing  a daily 500 to 800 daily foreigners applying for political asylum – and they process up to 800 a week. .

Namibian gang specialises in attacking SA families in southern suburbs, Cape Town:

Lamoer referred to a gang of Namibians robbing houses along so-called green belts in Cape Town's southern suburbs. "There was a group of foreign nationals, Ovambos from Namibia, that we arrested. We arrested them but they were released on bail."

Police investigated the rise in business robberies in the province, which started after the 2010 World Cup, and had discovered that only a third of the victims were South African. Many foreigners had established spaza shops or were operating businesses from containers or from their homes. Many did not bank their takings and slept on the premises. "One of the major problems... is the spaza shops, the container shops, and the house shops. Eighty percent of business robberies involve these establishments.

"Only 33% of the victims of these robberies are South Africans; the rest are all foreign nationals. We have a serious problem." Lamoer also questioned the legality of many of these businesses. He criticised Cape Town authorities for not properly applying city by-laws.  "What we've discovered is that foreign nationals are not supposed to trade unless they have a working permit and a trade permit."

Illegal fire-arms increasingly used by foreign African migrants: heroin most-used drug:

Lamoer said this was a "major challenge" and one that he was taking up with the department of home affairs. He also reported that foreigners were arming themselves.

"We arrested - from April 1 to December 31 last year - a total of 72 foreign nationals with 70 illegal firearms. They are arming themselves because they need to protect themselves." On illegal drugs, Lamoer said police in the province had, since April 1 2010, confiscated drugs with a street value of over R12bn. "Every single day we confiscate drugs," he said. The police, together with their traffic counterparts, were working to block the entrance of drugs into the province.

"We started in January last year, specifically in the Beaufort West area. In the first week, we stopped buses, as well as taxis and courier vans... and in the first week confiscated R50m worth of drugs from these buses alone."

The police had contacted the bus companies and instituted a scheme to tag loaded luggage. "Some of them listened, but last week, on Friday, we got another bus with khat on board. There was no tag. We arrested the bus drivers and we confiscated the bus...." The owners of the bus where now giving the police "very good co-operation". A minibus that was stopped while being transported on an auto-carrier in the southern Cape was found to be "full of dagga".

Lamoer said illegal liquor was another big problem. "We confiscate liquor every week. Over the past year, more than a million litres was confiscated." On gang violence in the Western Cape, Lamoer said this was linked to drugs. "As soon as we put on the pressure and confiscate drugs, the gang violence goes up." Lamoer said tik was not the most-used drug.

"Heroin is the one, and it's more addictive than any other drug... It is a major, major problem," he said. The provincial police commissioners from the Free State and North West provinces, who preceded Lamoer at the briefing, both also reported an increase in crime related to foreigners.

Hammer attack on sleeping Afrikaner couple: nothing robbed

Destitute Afrikaner Van Zyl couple of Sundra needs medical treatment urgently  – but there’s no money

Still no-one arrested for the brutal 7 Dec 2010 hammer-attack on the pregnant, sleeping Theresa van Zyl and her husband Steven in their Sundra home – and whose hearts broke anew when their newborn son died afterwards from still unknown causes…

VanZyl Theresa assaulted with a hammer 7 months pregnant Jan 18 2012 baby died after birth TABITA The Tabita trauma-treatment non-profit organisation writes that on 7 Dec 2010 in Sundra South Africa, working-class Afrikaners Theresa (above. seven months pregnant)  en Steven van Zyl were attacked with 4lb hammers whilst sleeping..

Their son of 14 months was asleep in his bed but woke up. Theresa was 7 months pregnant at the time with their 2nd son, born two months later, but who died within half-a-year from causes still unknown.  The couple thus suffered through two major psychological and physical traumas within a very short time-period.

No fingerprints at crime-scene

To make matters worse: to date there have been no arrests of their black male attacks --  although some leads were available at the time.  The SAPS took no fingerprints at the scene of the crime - with the SAPS explaining that 'the victims' prints were all over which made it impossible to get fingerprints of the attackers."
Steven was unconscious for 3 weeks - the doctors did not think he would survive due to the severe head injuries. Theresa was unconscious for 2 days.  Their little boy was born on 18 Feb 2011 and passed away on 25 Aug 2011, laid to rest on the 3rd of Sep 2011: the results of a post-mortem  examination undertaken to examine if the physical attack on the mother during the pregnancy had caused a deadly injury to the baby is still not available four months later.

And this family needs help very help badly – right now -- but gets none from any government sources. Steven requires medical assistance, writes Lita Cross Fourie, founder of Tabita. "Steven's right eye and socket as well as his jaw needs to be treated. During the attack, he was blinded in one eye and his teeth were broken."
"Also, they need counseling to deal with the trauma of their son's death which they are dealing with at this time.
"They are waiting for the autopsy report which has been taking a long time. I believe if they knew the cause of death they would resign themselves to the situation. There are still too many questions and they need closure. "
"Tabita provides far more than just financial and medical assistance.. we are there to help people cope with the pain of loss and to provide counseling."

Background on Lita Cross Fourie, who founded Tabita:

Tabita was founded by an extraordinarily courageous Boer woman, Lita Cross Fourie. She started Tabita after finding her parents, grossly tortured and mutilated,  murdered on their Ladysmith farm. Her parents’ convicted killers Ephraim Mokwana and Michael Maslamela had poured boiling water down her father’s throat before they shot off his skull (forensic pictures below). Her mother was shot three times – deliberately in such a way that she suffered for hours afterwards, bleeding to death slowly. Nothing was robbed. Ever since finding her parents, Lita Cross Fourie has been focusing on helping the surviving victims of such horrific injuries and their relatives. She has walked across South Africa to raise funds for Tabita and gives help to many tens-of-thousands of traumatised victims of farm-attacks. The hours of horrific tortures, humilations and deliberatemutilations of its Afrikaner victims are described by medical experts of the Trauma Society of SA as ‘wounds one usually only finds in war-zones’… and many of the victims helped by Tabita require extensive, long-term plastic surgery. The South African medical authorities however, refuse to provide free medical assistance even to the poorest Afrikaners who fall victim to such horrific crimes such as the Van Zyl couple.

‘pass one pass all’ schools dumb down SA

‘Major newspapers swallow the lies from Dept of Basic Education that more than 70% of our children ‘passed’ the national examination…

Free State University  rector Prof Jonathan Jansen: “ I do not trust a system that makes it possible for a child to pass Grade 12 with 30% in some subjects and 40% in others. I would be filled with fear when I discover that you can get 32% in mathematics and 27% in physical science – and still get an official document that says you can continue to study towards a bachelor’s degree at university…’

JANSEN UNIVERSITY FREE STATE SLAMS PASS ONE PASS ALL GRADES IN SA EDUCATIONIt is exceedingly difficult to fail grade 12 in South Africa today:

It is,” Jansen, (below right) continues, “extremely difficult to fail grade 12 in South Africa today. “You have to put in a special effort, miss your classes, deliberately provide wrong answers to questions, and hand in your paper early during an exam session – and maybe, just maybe, you will fail…

He continues: “JANSEN JONATHAN RECTOR UNIVERSITY FREE STATE But you would not sense this crisis in the Grade 12 examinations because the major newspapers, with one or two exceptions, have swallowed the lies from DBE that more than 70% of our children ‘passed’ this national examination. Never before have there been so many distinctions, we are told.

More children are qualifying to study at university, we are informed. Education is getting better and better every year, we should all be happy.’

Minister triumphantly announces 2012 matric results

What happened to the  missing 439,101 grade-1 pupils who never showed up to write their exams in 2011?

Jansen’s complaint was backed up by the  actual departmental stats: wrote one critic:  “The first deception has to do with this irritating problem of numbers. In the year 2000 about 1,035,192 pupils started school in Grade 1. But only 496,090 showed up to write the finals in the Grade 12 class of 2011. In other words, 539,102 students disappeared from the system. What the Department of Basic Education will not tell us is where exactly more than half a million pupils disappeared to, given this grossly inefficient school system.”

Johannesburg University stampede to get last-minute registrations for matric-graduates kills a mother:

And that’s why there was a stampede of thousands of wanna-be students to register for last-minute places at the University of Johannesburg in Jan 2012. With all these tens of thousands of ‘passing’ pupils, all the higher-education facilities in SA were besieged by matriculants suddenly wanting to enter universities.  One woman died, twenty people were injured as thousands of people rushed the gates in the stampede below…

Department’s political theatre includes triumphant press conferences where all the journalists uncritically clap hands and cheer:…

  • every top performer was a black male… this was unprecedented: the only white student who tops in this scheme was a blind ‘special needs’ girl     link.
  •     It has also become clear over the past years that the Department will do everything in its power to sabotage the education of white pupils – for instance by striking-black teachers disrupting the classes of Afrikaans pupils who want to study for their exams; and by closing down hundreds of Afrikaans-language schools, forcing these children to study without the advantages of their home-language. The Department also invariably presents black pupils as the smartest in the country in their propaganda-campaigns, and often their propaganda also implies that white pupils are downright stupid.

Rector Jonathan Jansen also dared to criticise this process in his article headlined Matric razmatazz conceals sad reality,” and describing the political theatre’ staged by the Department at their lastest triumphant press-conference --  where it was announced that the country’s matric-pupils had achieved an average above 70% in pass-rates. The top-achieving pupils were  ‘put on display” – and, noted Jansen: “ to the surprise of many, every top performer was a black male. This was unprecedented. The only white student who came tops in this scheme was a blind “special needs” girl… “ article on:

Striking black SA teachers disrupt classes of Afrikaner children trying to study for their exams:

2 Sep 2010 – Pietermaritzburg -  Black striking teachers in Pietermaritzburg tried to disrupt schools in the city, while pupils tried to prepare for looming exams. And there have been many national strikes in South Africa throughout the years 2010 and 2011, with many teaching- and study-days lost to pupils.

Yet the pass-rates were ‘better than ever’,  the Dept of Basic Education triumphantly announced the following year…

28 aug 2010 -  South Africa, with a population of 50-million which is growing unnaturallly rapidly due to untrammeled immigration by millions of untrained, uneducated black-African families from north of its borders  --  has some 4-million taxpaying workers in the public- and –private industry sectors.  Yet in 2010 and in 2011, ‘indefinite strikes’ were launched by over a million teachers, nurses and other government workers: i.e. one quarter of the entire workforce. The  South African police – who also wanted to strike but were prohibited by a court order  --  were ordered to stop the worst violence during this often very aggressive ‘labour action ‘by firing rubber bullets and water cannons at the demonstrators. The majority of these strikers were teachers – presumably educated people who behaved atrociously and often illegally: mounted burning road-blocks, thring stones at passing white motorists, blockading major roadways to stop people from going to work – and rallying each other with their inevitable genocidal rallying cries such as ‘Kill the Boer’.  Many of these aggressive black teachers also invaded Afrikaans-language schools, including the lowest grades, terrifying even the smallest children with their loud, aggressive chanting of ‘Kill the Boer’, and with these teachers often attacking the white teachers and the worried parents who had rushed to the schools to protect their children from this invasion by large numbers of aggressive adults. With the demands that the Afrikaans children must stop studying for their exams, the Afrikaans parents organised private study-groups instead.  http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2010/08/striking-civil-servants-call-for.html

Afrikaans Primary School occupied by striking teachers Aug 21 2010 It was a countrywide pattern:  striking ‘civil servants’ arrived in organised groups, rushed towards the school gates of mainly Afrikaans-language primary- and high-schools, tried to break them down and overran the schools, terrifying the children out of their wits. At most  of these besieged schools, the parents were already prepared and had organised unarmed self-defence units – and fists were flying, tempers were fraying while the parents were shoved around  and the children were hiding in classrooms, frightened by all the violence and aggression. At the Verwoerd Primary School in Parys, Free State, above, the local SAPS was called in to stop the strikers from assaulting the parents.
