Farm attacks never stopped during WC2010

Attacks against ethnic-Europeans on farms did not drop during the World Cup 2010 period

----------------

Attacks against the ethnic-Europeans living in South African suburbs and cities dropped during the World Cup 2010 -- but these violent armed attacks NEVER stopped against Boer families in the countryside at all.

The violent-crime fraternity clearly tried to not attack European visitors during the international football tournament in South Africa. The special ‘FIFA-courts’ set up during the tournaments concentrated mainly on hunting down marketers selling ‘illegal FIFA merchandise” – with SA cops even reduced to arresting some very lissome Dutch girls for wearing orange dresses.

And almost immediately after the ethnic-European visitors had gone, there was a very sudden, dramatic surge in violent crimes targetting all “whites” from July onwards. This high crime level continues.

Antiwhite BLACKWASH pamphlet urging blacks to attack SETTLERS instead of fellow blacks Andile MnxgamaAt the same time the hatespeech targetting ‘Boers’ – the generic term blacks use to refer to all ethnic-European citizens in South Africa – also increased dramatically. One ANC-backed organisation, Blackwash, from April distributed pamphlets in the townships urging blacks to not attack fellow blacks but to vent their anger on ‘settlers’instead.

The archive of the violent incidents registered on the Farmitracker website – launched to monitor violent-crime incidents during and after the WC2010 - showed a very dramatic increase in the number of violent attacks targetting ‘whites’ throughout Southern Africa over the past six months.

Farm attacks continued throughtout the WC2010:

TWO GRAPHS AND INCIDENT-MAPPING ABOVE:

The farm attacks targetting commercial farm-dwellers continued throughout the World Cup 2010 -  even though many tens of thousands of ethnic-European visitors were visiting the urban areas of South Africa during the WC2010. The militia-gangs attacking the commercial farms knew that most of the residents in the homesteads would be Boers – not WC2010 visitors from other parts of the world. At the same time, violent attacks against ethnic-Europeans in the cities did drop considerably during this period.

Are some key ANC-elitists in league with the criminal war-lords?

These graphs support the growing suspicions amongst expert-criminologists that some crucial ANC-members may have close links and even financially benefit from these violence-driven gang-activities: pointing out that the regime proved to have a startling ability to curtail violent crime so drastically in the publicity-period of the run-up to the World Cup and during the World Cup 2010 – only to have it leap to unprecedently high levels within days after the end of the tournament - indicating the organised nature and the existence of such links between government and crime: were these gangs asked to ‘lay low’ until the football tournaments had ended? Why this deeply mysterious, very sudden leap in violent crimes targetting ‘whites’ from July 2010…" There were no indications that there was a crime-leap because the SAPS had gone on strike. It's against South African law for the police to strike - even when they did have such plans, the government said they were not allowed to. So how can one explain that sudden peak in crimes targetting 'whites' since July 2010?

Afrikaners/Boers not safe in the rest of southern Africa either:

There also were attacks against Afrikaners in other parts of southern Africa: an Afrikaner farm couple was murdered on a Madagscar island, and one Afrikaner farmer and two German farmers were murdered in Nambibia; three Afrikaner farmers were murdered in Zimbabwe, bring the total of 'white' farmers murdered in Zimbabwe to 25 over the past twenty years; and the number of 'white' farmers murdered in South Africa to 3,767 total up to December 16 2010.

The traditionally Afrikaner-city of Pretoria suffers the greatest number of attacks against ‘white’ families

The greatest number of attacks targetting the (mostly) Afrikaans-speaking whites were in the greater-Pretoria and Vaal-triangle regions between June and December 16 2010: 343. This also is an indication that the Pretoria CBD, the Vaal triangle suburbs and all the many tens of thousands of subsistence-smallholdings traditionally housing working-class Afrikaners have become the primary targets for the many thousands of heavily-armed, well-organised militia-gangs terrorising these South African communities.

At the same time there has also been many incidents of hatespeech from government-linked groups and physical attacks by ‘striking teachers’ against 40 of the 200 Afrikaans-language schools countrywide.

South Africa one of the most dangerous places on the planet…’

“Violent young (black*) men with active criminal careers… willing to use extreme violence with a weapon..’

The core of the problem of violent crime in SA is a subculture of violence and criminality characterised prominently by young men who are invested in a criminal identity and engaged in ‘criminal careers’ which involve active criminal lifestyles and often incorporate multiple forms of violent crime. These criminal young male gangs make common use of weapons – firearms, knives and other ‘sharp force instruments’.

“The ability to operate and achieve credibility within this subculture is strongly related to one’s readiness to resort to extreme violence using a weapon…’ Violent offenders who engage in armed violence present the most danger to others and are what gives the current epidemic of violent crime in South Africa its most malevolent edge’.Those involved in the subculture range from criminals who operate as individual rapists or robbers – to large numbers affiliated to more formalised gangs. This is mostly concentrated in SA’s metropolitan areas.” summary http://www.csvr.org.za/docs/study/CSVRstatement091110.pdf

China to raise citrus on East-Cape farms - for sale to USA...

Dec 7, 2010 - MOUNT FRERE, East Cape. China will be cultivating fruit on at least 500 hectares of land in the former Transkei Xhosa homeland, the province's development corporation (ECDC) said. "The Eastern Cape's abundant agricultural land has seen China survey the province for farming business opportunities to supplement its scarce land resources," spokeswoman Ikhona Mvaphantsi said… Is this another ill-fated fraud, or are Xhosa-farmers really going to raise citrus for the US import market?

5,9-million hectares of formerly white-owned, productive farms now totally unproductive

China has signed a deal with a municipality in the Xhosa homeland of Transkei to raise citrus-fruit on local farms -- for the US import market. The deal is rather murky and the announcement was very short on details, for instance who’s going to pay for the investment of trees and sheds. However - it must also be noted that on March 2, 2010, rural development and land affairs minister Gugile Nkwinti was warning that his regime 'would crack down on foreigners buying up South African land.'He said this while also announcing that some 5.9-million once very productive hectares of all the looted commercial farms now have become totally unproductive..." (http://www.timeslive.co.za/local/article334448.ece)

The use of the word ‘foreigners’ is very interesting in this press-release - as the ANC-regime is also actively encouraging the huge number of organised, deadly terrorist-style farm attacks by heavily-armed black youth militias targetting productive ‘white-owned’ agricultural regions.

Does the ANC-regime also view these South-African born and bred farm-families as ‘foreigners’? It seems the answer is yes – since they are being terrorised off their farms and coerced into “selling” their ancestral land without getting properly paid for it.

75,000 KNOWN ORGANISED GANG MEMBERS IN SOUTH AFRICA, ARMED WITH AK47s and GOVERNMENT-ISSUE WEAPONS...

With South Africa suffering from an annual 15,000 attacks on unarmed families inside their homes -- carried out by armed gangs averaging 5 members each, usually carrying AK47s and military-issie weaponry -- this means that at least 67,500 (90%) black South African gang members are currently carrying out these armed attacks against unarmed families inside their working- to middle-class homes.

  • These attacks targetting families have jumped dramatically over the past five years under ANC-hegemony, from 9,000 five years ago to close to 15,000 in the 2007/2008 book year up to March 2008. And the 'upper- and middle-class', best-protected residential areas are also being hit the hardest by these gangs in spite of the high levels security systems installed there. These are the best-educated, most productive people in the country, being targetted in a campaign of very violent terror. http://www.saps.gov.za/statistics/reports/crimestats/2008/march_april_2001_2008/catagory/robbery_residential.pdf

Research by Dr Rudolf Zinn, senior lecturer in forensic and crime investigation at Unisa - who questioned groups of these lethal criminals in jail -- showed that they often obtain information about the target-families weeks before committing the crime --  with close cooperation from domestic workers and other people who know a white or Asian family's movements well.

  • Most armed gangs who were attacking SA families inside their homes got away with more than 100 serious crimes before finally being apprehended, he also found. These attacks were already stepped up massively since last year, when  40 armed gang-attacks a day were recorded all over the country - targetting mostly South African white and -Indian middle-class families inside their high-security, fortress-like homes...

Zinn found that two thirds of the prisoners he'd questioned, had committed on average 103 serious crimes over a period of six years and seven months before being caught. Ninety percent of the perpetrators were black. The rest are 15,000 gang-members in the coloured, Afrikaans-speaking areas of the Cape Flats near Cape Town – who support some 100,000 dependents from their lives of crime in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Nearly 85% of all these armed gangs attack South African citizens inside their homes, on farms and in towns, while white and Asian tourists were targetted 15%...http://www.news24.com/News24/South_Africa/News/0,,2-7-1442_2415278,00.html

ATTACKS TARGETTING WHITES IN SOUTHERN AFRICA JUNE 2010 – DECEMBER 17 2010

ATTACKS ON WHITES SOUTHERN AFRICA JUNE - DEC172010 FARMITRACKERCOM GRAPH - There is also growing suspicion amongst expert-criminologists that some crucial ANC-members may have close links and even financially benefit from these violence-driven gang-activities: pointing out that the regime’s startling ability to curtail violent crime so drastically during the World Cup 2010 – only to have it leap to unprecedently high levels just one day after the end of the tournament - indicate the existence of such links: where these gangs asked to ‘lay low’ until the football tournaments had ended?  There is a deeply mysterious, very sudden leap in violent crimes targetting ‘whites’  from 1 July 2010… http://www.farmitracker.com

3,767 ‘white’ commercial farmers, kin and workers killed

These gangs have up thus far also murdered 3,767 white, primarily Afrikaans-speaking South African citizens, their kin and workers and maimed, traumatised and permanently disabled many tens of thousands of farm-dwellers – and have already terrorised the vast majority from the countryside forever.

This ongoing reign of terror targetting the commercial farming areas of South Africa is forcing an entire, highly-productive farming-sector off the land. Local farm production has dropped so dramatically that South Africa now has to import more than 80% of all its wheat from off-continent at huge cost to the taxpayers.

Is “Yebo Africa Trading Hall” of Shanghai going to pay for planting those pomelo trees and processing sheds? Or will the taxpayers of South Africa be expected to pay for this ill-fated scheme to provide fruit destined for the USA?

CHINA TO RAISE POMELO CITRUS FRUIT IN XHOSA HOMELAND ALFRED NZO MUNICIPAL LAND

-------------------------------------------

On March 2, 2010, the rural development and land affairs minister Gugile Nkwinti issued a media statement, admitting the dramatic failure of the ANC’ regime’s socalled ‘land-redistribution’ laws.

Six months later, the Yebo Africa Trading Hall (ATH) in Shangai, the People's Republic of China, signed a deal with the Alfred Nzo district municipality to use local land for pomelo citrus fruit cultivation. His press release was rather short on details, such as whether the ATH would provide the citrus trees, whether they were already in place, or whether the taxpayer would be expected to “invest in the scheme”.

It’s all a bit murky really: this ATH is said to be 'wholly owned by Chinese businessmen to facilitate trade between Africa and China" and is all set to open its doors for trade from March 2011”. Yet thus far no official registration nor even any internet presence could be found for this 'Yebo Africa Trading Hall”. If any reader can shed light on its membership, please write me at a.j.stuijt@knid.nl.

The municipality's CEO Nandipa Bam claimed that "local farmers would benefit from the agreement. We are looking at 500 hectares minimum, and since each farmer has about 10 hectares -  about 50 farmers will benefit directly. The project will bring job creation from primary production and spin-offs in packing, transportation and skills development," he was quoted as saying.

  • There is however no mention of this promising new development on the municipality's own website and thus far our questions to the municipality have been ignored. http://www.andm.gov.za/site/

This visualised fruit crop from the Eastern Cape would be sold in the United States. South Africa’s farming sector has meanwhile already become so unproductive that they have to import 80% of its food-needs from off-continent and its commercial farmers have less than one-half percent of the total land-surface to farm on – yet the East-Cape farmers are going to produce fruit for the USA…

Massive farm failure admitted in SA

On March 2, 2010, the rural development and land affairs minister Gugile Nkwinti issued a media statement, admitting the dramatic failure of the ANC’ regime’s socalled ‘land-redistribution’ laws.

The Minister revealed that 5.9million hectares - 90% - of looted commercial farmers are now unproductive… laying idle and empty. Brendan Boyle reported in The Times, Johannesburg.

“Food security and economic growth are being undermined by the collapse of more than 90% of the farms that the government bought for restitution or redistribution" to blacks, described in his article as ‘victims of apartheid’. The vast majority of white commercial farmers who were forced, coerced and terrorised into 'sell their lands' have thus far not been paid, either.

However, warned South African Minister of Rural Development and Land Affairs Gugile Nkwinti,  his regime would "crack down soon on foreigners buying up South African land. The department has purchased going concerns and because they were going concerns, there was always that hope that they would continue to produce. The reality is that that has not happened," he told reporters in Cape Town.

  • "We have not talked about the revenue that the state has lost because farms totalling 5.9 million hectares, which were active and accruing revenue for the state, were handed over to the People. And more than 90% of those farms are now not functional. They are not productive, and the state loses revenue. We cannot afford to go on like that," he said.

They don’t care about raising food to feed the people:  it’s all about scoring political points:

Nkwinti said proposals to rescue the flagship ‘land reform’ project, which was ‘intended to reverse one of the most visible legacies of white rule’, would be published in a green paper that would be sent for Cabinet approval this month. It will be made public before May 31...

  • He said the policy proposal would put the restriction of foreign land ownership in South Africa back on the table.

"It's something which, if you don't deal with it in a responsible manner, might explode - or implode - like the Zimbabwe situation. It's not very much the same as our situation, but it could turn out to be actually the same if we don't act while we have the political authority as government," he said.

Nkwinti said he did not have figures available for how much land “foreigners” owned, but added: "What we do know is that at the rate we are purchasing land as government - whether for restitution or for redistribution - foreigners are buying land three times faster. That is why we have to look at the land tenure system. It is inevitable," he said.

“Land restitution is intended to compensate blacks thrown off land they owned under white rule. Redistribution is designed to dismantle the white monopoly on 87% of the country's land, inherited in 1994,’ he waffled on. Nkwinti said “the proposed reform of the land tenure system would address both the foreign land ownership question and the status of the government when it pumps new money into land owned by failing farmers. He said the state would invest close to R500-million this year to begin to rescue new black farmers who had not been given adequate support or resources to work the farms.
He said R254-million had been diverted in last month's Budget from land reform to recapitalise and develop 200 farms identified jointly by his department and by Parliament's portfolio committee on land and agriculture. A further R207-million had been pegged to guarantee non-performing Land Bank loans and prevent the Bank from auctioning off failed farms.

Nkwinti said “the government had accepted it would not nearly meet the original target of shifting 82 million hectares of white-owned land to black farmers by 2014, but he said the focus in the short term would be on reviving the development of a sustainable emerging black farming community.
"We want to balance the number of hectares (we buy ? - nobody has been paid yet...) and the extent to which we are able to use those hectares to produce food."

  • Nkwinti said there would be "no mercy for land redistribution beneficiaries who wanted to own land only for show.If they don't use that land, we will take it," he said.
