Protest in Koster against Afrikaner genocide

Pro-Afrikaans-Action Group protests against secret bail-hearing of 4 suspects in murder of Marthie Erasmus, Moedwil farm Rustenburg:

Dec 13 2010 – KOSTER MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Members of PRAAG (the Pro-Afrikaans Action Group) demonstrated at the magistrate's court in Koster against the ongoing genocide and violence targetting Afrikaners. They were also protesting against the bail application of  four accused black males who were arrested for the murder of farm wife Marthie Erasmus, 63. The entire hearing was held in secret and the results are not known.

Mrs Marthie Erasmus, 63, was tied up on her bed and then the gang bludgeoned the defenceless woman to death with a sledgehammer - for no apparent reason. Husband Chris Erasmus, also 63, was tied to his chair and brutally beaten about the face and eyes. He managed to free himself after the attackers fled: they used a bakkie from the farm as an escape vehicle but it was later found overturned, abandoned near Rustenburg by investigating police. Four black males were arrested in the adjacent township. We don’t know their names: their bail-application hearing was held in secret.

AFRIKANER GENOCIDE PROTEST PRAAG KOSTER LAW COURT DEC132010 MARTIE ERASMUS EXECUTION

PRAAG displayed large banners featuring photos of United Nations leader Ban Ki-moon; South Africa’s sell-out Afrikaner president F W de Klerk; the current president Jacob Zuma; and the ruling ANC’s black-racist youth leaders Julius Malema and Nathi Mthethwa. The slogan underneath Ban Ki-moon said: "The UN approves of Afrikaner genocide 100%."

News media barred from Koster court bail application hearing of four black men arrested for Martie Erasmus murder:

As has become increasingly routine in South Africa, the alleged killers were tried in camera with no media or members of the public allowed in court as only one of the accused was a ‘minor’. In the past minors were tried seperately from adults – but the evidence in such trials describing the cruel murders of Afrikaners are becoming an increasing embarrassment to the ANC-regime. So they now try these criminals in closed-hearings.

Dr. Dan Roodt, leader of PRAAG: ‘ secret trial is a travesty of justice ‘

  • "The fact that the murderers are tried in secret is a travesty of justice. This shocking murder represents the latest in a series of ethnically and racially based executions that are currently taking place in our country. We appeal to the international community and the United Nations to put a stop to the systematic annihilation and expulsion of our nation."

Roodt was also critical of recent remarks made by Mr.Paul van Staden, the grandfather of two-year old Willemien Potgieter who has become a symbol of Afrikaner suffering and genocide over the last few weeks.

"Mr. Van Staden does not like Afrikaners to protest and 'resigns himself to what has happened'. But it is not God's will that our children, mothers and fathers should be exterminated. If Mr. Van Staden believes that, he is guilty of a 5000-year old Egyptian myth entailing divine determinism. The Afrikaner must not resign himself to the execution of our children, nor to what looks increasingly like genocide," Roodt continued.

In the meantime, PRAAG has reliably ascertained that little Willemien Potgieter was picked up by her hair and "shot in the head at adult height. “This appalling act of violence, as well as the hammer murder on Mrs. Erasmus, must not go unpunished," Roodt said.http://www.praag.co.uk/news/southern-africa/583-praag-protest-against-genocide.html

Ria Vogelsang, 68, husband Jannie 77 survive brutal attack by three black gunmen, Dec 13 2010 on farm Arran, Bethlehem http://www.volksblad.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Dit-is-net-genade-ons-leef-20101215

Dec 16 2010 – VOLKSBLAD journalist M J Lourens reports from Bethlehem, Free State: “It is only by the grace of God that we are still alive today because our attackers were planning to kill us,’ said farm attack victim Mrs Ria Vogelsang, 68.

Vogelsang Janny 77 and Ria 68 survive farm attack Dec142010 VOLKSBLAD FREESTATE

She was attacked the previous day with her husband Jannie, 77 and her sister Hettie Hechter, 85, by three armed black men. Her sister was visiting them on their farm Arran.

Mrs Vogelsang had opened the front door to the gang at 7:30pm -- because she believed their foreman George Oosthuizen – who eats with the old folk every evening – was ringing the door bell as he does every night: somebody clearly knew their routine. One armed black man grabbed the old lady by her shirt and shoved her into the homestead. She screamed and was pistol-whipped across the mouth. Then Mr Vogelsang, who was watching TV, was accosted by another gunman who told him in Afrikaans “we want money.’ They weren’t happy with the small amount of cash the old couple had on them, only R1,400 and wanted more. They angrily threw her against their Christmas tree. “I was just thrown amongst the angels,’she said. Old Mrs Hechter, who is deaf, only realised at a late stage what was going on. She struggled to her feet and hid behind the couch while the gunmen forced the Vogelsang couple to unlock their empty safe. She gave them her costume-jewellery. The men just didn’t believe that the couple had nothing of value to steal and took out a roll of tape one carried in their pants. “Then I realised they were probably going to kill us and pushed the panic button,’ she said. The loud wailing scared them so badly that they dropped her trinkets and ran off. Mrs Vogelsang was very angry afterwards: “I am furious. They dare to do these things to us inside our own home,’ she fumed.

She was released from the Hoogland Mediclinic at Bethlehem after wounds around her mouth received stitches. The elderly Mr Vogelsang said he felt very helpless throughout their ordeal. “It’s the most horrible thing in the world when your wife is thrown to the ground and you can’t do anything because some guy is holding a rifle to your head.’

“We are grateful to the Lord that we are alive and He looked after his children.’Nobody was arrested. http://www.volksblad.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Dit-is-net-genade-ons-leef-20101215

Rwandan popstar Simon Bikindi called on Hutus to kill Tutsi ‘ snakes ‘…

  • jailed for 15 years for inciting genocide

Tuesday, 14 December 2010 16:55 Mike Pflanz, The Telegraph

In June 1994, Simon Bikindi repeatedly drove around a town in northwestern Rwanda using a speaker attached to the top of his car to call on the majority Hutus to kill the minority Tutsis, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) found.

He called on his fellow Hutus to kill the 'snakes', meaning the Tutsis. Bikindi, 54, was one of the country's best-known musicians, famous for his performances of both traditional and modern Rwandan music. He also held a post in the sports ministry.

  • "Direct and Public Incitement to Commit Genocide is a crime of the most serious gravity which affects the very foundations of our society and shocks the conscience of humanity," the ICTR said in its judgement.

The court, established in the Tanzanian town of Arusha to try the masterminds of the 1994 killings, acquitted him of five other charges including genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide and murder.

Lack of proof that accused ‘composedmusic aimed at encouraging genocide”…

The ICTR's prosecution had accused him of composing music aimed at encouraging genocide. But the judgement found no proof of that, nor of encouraging radio stations to play his songs. Bikindi was also accused of helping recruit the infamous Hutu "Interahamwe" militia and collaborating with then-President Juvenal Habyarimana to launch privately owned Radio Mille Collines, which was used to spread anti-Tutsi messages.

  • But the court said that while Bikindi was “a minor shareholder” in the radio station, there was “insufficient proof he influenced the station's choice to play his music…”

The ICTR started its hearings 11 years ago but has delivered only 34 judgements, of which five have been acquittals.
Critics have questioned its £500 million and rising costs and its inefficiency. It is due to wrap up its primary prosecutions by the end of this year. Appeals must be heard by 2010.
