Pietermaritzburg farmer, 61, in serious condition, attack Thornville farm – nothing robbed

Apr 30 2010 Johannesburg - A 61-year-old Pietermaritzburg farmer is in a serious condition after he was attacked on his Thornville farm, Netcare 911 said on Friday.  South African commercial farmers are denied protection from the ANC-authorities – whose previous government under Thabo Mbeki unilaterally removed their very effective volunteer-Commando system, leading to incredibly unsafe working conditions on farms.

Netcare 911 spokesman Jeffrey Wicks said the unnamed farmer was asleep on Thursday night when he was woken by two unknown black men moving around his bedroom.  “A scuffle ensued and one of the attackers stabbed the farmer several times on his face, arms and back. The struggle continued until the farmer pressed a panic button at his bedside. His assailants fled.” Wicks said paramedics arrived to find the farmer in a serious condition. He was stabilised and taken to hospital. SAPAimage

Afrikaans robbery victim Charl Wessels: tries to lodge formal complaint: instead cops cursed him for a 'white pig',  lock him in filthy police van for 8 hours...

DURBAN. Afrikaans businessman Charl Wessels of Gauteng tried to report a mugging to Durban police was assaulted, racially abused and locked in a urine-laden police vehicle for eight hours. Wessels, 30, from Meyerton, checked in at a South Beach, Durban hotel on Monday. He was robbed by five men at the corner of Dr PixleykaSeme/West and Gillespie streets. They stole his watch, wallet, cellphone and ID book.

Homicide stats worldwide map UNodc orgWessels spotted a police van across the road and tried to report the mugging to the driver, a plain-clothed policeman. "He told me to f*** off and... said it was not his duty to assist me. When I told him it was, he said I must not tell him how to do his job."

Wessels said he noted the police van's registration details and turned back, but the van gave chase. Three uniformed officers alighted, ran after him and
assaulted him. "One of them hit me and the others kneed me in the ribs. The driver got out and assaulted me. They then told me to get into the Quantum (van)."

Wessels said he was taken to the Boscombe Police Station, where two of the officers locked him in a police truck. He alleged the policemen racially insulted him, calling him a "white pig" and a "bastard". He also witnessed the same plain-clothed officer soliciting bribes from other detainees. Wessels said he was eventually let out by another police officer who said: "I've just saved you."  Wessels has opened cases for the mugging and assault.

Wessels said that while making a statement at the Point Police Station, one of the five men who mugged him also walked in to report a robbery. He was wearing Wessels's watch and was arrested after Wessels alerted the police. Police Colonel Jay Naicker said the case was being investigated. Wessels has vowed never to visit Durban again. http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=13&art_id=vn20100429042654

Boschkop SAPS shift commander Joshua Raboshaba, 50, back at work despite accusation of armed robbery:

  • Identified by Afrikaner armed-robbery victim Helmoet de Graaf…

Meanwhile, a Pretoria policeman who has been directly linked to an armed robbery by an eye-witness, is back at work despite being arrested after being identified by his victim. Warrant Officer Joshua Raboshaba, 50, a shift commander at Boschkop police station, was identified by victim Helmoet de Graaf as one of six men who attacked him at gunpoint in August. He was shocked when he identified Raboshaba when the Afrikaner had stopped by at the police station to  certify some documents. Police said  in response that "problems", led to Raboshaba not being suspended.  http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=13&art_id=vn20100429042654

Werner Bates, 23, reports hijacking at Brakpan SAPS – commander tell him he’s a liar

2010-04-30 Wolfram Zwecker of Beeld newspaper reports that 23-year-old Werner Bates was hijacked on Saturday between 2 and 3am on the corner of Trichardt Road and Leeupoort Street in Boksburg South. One hijacker broke his windshield with a battle and he was forced to drive around with a gun to his neck for hours. He also was pistol-whipped. They demanded that he take them to his home – but he wouldn’t cooperate as his mom and sister and her baby were alone there.

He was driving in the direction of Springs. “The men were constantly talking with each other, and the one in the back was very aggressive and told me I was ‘fng’ them around. Eventually they ordered me to turn around and ordered me to get out at a dirt road near Brakpan. I was forced to lie on the ground and while on sat on top of me the other one searched the car. It’s my mom’s car and her letters and documents were in it too. they took my wallet and cellphone. When they heard a car drive up both ran into the woods. I tried to stop the car but it drove past. I still had the key in my hand and drove off with the doors wide open,’ he said, still very shaken.

He rushed home to alert his mom – and then went to report the hijacking at the Brakpan police station. "I was very shocked and traumatised and a/o Elaine Irmscher calmed me down and took my statement. Then for some reason the case was transferred to the Boksburg police who showed up to take fingerprints of the car. That following Monday when we were at the Brakpan police station, station commander colonel Biggs Govender questioned me and told me I was lying,’ said Bates. Govender claimed there were some ‘questions’ about Bates’ statement ‘but they wouldn’t be laying charges as yet’. He didn’t say if an investigation team had gone to the site near Brakpan where the hijackers had fled. http://www.beeld.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Jong-man-wat-kaping-aanmeld-hoor-hy-lieg-20100429

Police threatens to arrest twelve-year-old Afrikaner boy -- after tragic accidental shooting death of farm child Isaac Venjula (5)

2010-04-30  Mike van Rooyen reports from Trompsburg in the Free State that local farmer Gerrie van der Walt was remanded in court; and a 12-year-old Afrikaans boy was also taken by his parents to the local Child Court (?) in Bloemfontein after the SAPS had threatened to come and arrest the Afrikaans teen. The local black community, organised by a trade union, is howling for the blood of the entire Afrikaans farming family after Isaac Benjula, 5, who was tragically hit by a .22 rifle bullet while the teenager was reloading it to shoot at some pigeons. He’d borrowed the rifle from the farmer, who was working in the vicinity.

Within minutes of hearing of the accident, trade unionists organised a massive protest at the local police station and at the clinic – where the 12-year-old youth was with his parents, waiting for the injured five-year-old to be taken to hospital by emergency helicopter. The mob outside were chanting the ‘freedom song’ “Shoot the Boer” and demanded that the Afrikaans family be handed over to them for ‘justice’, – claiming that little black child had been gunned down deliberately by the Afrikaans teenager ‘in revenge’.

  • Police also took a lng time to remove the angry mob from the road where the emergency helicopter wanted to land – reportedly a lot of time was wasted before the critically-injuured little Isaac could be rushed to Pelonomi hospital, where he died the following day. It’s not known at this stage whether his life could have been saved if he’d arrived at hospital sooner.

The Afrikaner family had to leave the clinic  surrounded by a cordon of cops – including the SAPS dog-unit -- to prevent them being torn from limb to limb by the mob. Under these circumstances, the local SAPS threatened to arrest the 12-year-old and take him to the local police station.

Both families are reportedly deeply traumatised by the tragedy. Little Isaac’s dad Jan Mngesa told Volksblad newspaper that he and his wife are ‘bitterly heart-sore. We won’t be able to raise our child. We aren’t angry but the thing is eating at us. A child can’t just play with a gun’.

SAPS  spokeswoman lt.col. Thandi Mbambo told the news media that it had definitely been an accident: the twelve-year-old boy had borrowed a .22 rifle from the farmer to shoot pigeons with. “Allegedly the twelve-year-old was standing next to the kitchen, loading the gun, when a shot went off accidentially. Isaac, who was standing next to him, was struck by a bullet which went through his ribcage from the right, exiting from the left. Both parents work on the farm,”  she said.

Mr Van der Walt was released on R1,500 bail. The prosecutor is Valerie Pienaar. The farmer and the teenager are represented by Martin Scheepers of Honey-Attorneys. Van der Walt is expected to be charged with ‘culpible homicide’ and various transgressions under the Firearms control act, amongst others failure to  secure the gun and allowing a child younger than 16 to handle a firearm without a permit. It was allegedly Van der Walt’s gun the teenage boy was planning to shoot with. Van der Walt reportedly was some distance away when the gun went off by accident.

It’s not known from this article where the dead child’s parents were at that time. The Afrikaans teen reportedly is very traumatised about the horrific accident and the mob-violence the family became embroiled in afterwards. He now remains in the care of his parents at Grootvlei farm -- however the local child-care authorities are now also investigating whether he should be legally released from the care of his parents and put into some government care-institution.

Meanwhile, the local Cosatu trade-union movement is not accepting the SAPS statements that this was an accident – they are already organising a massive Shoot the Boer protest campaign around the court-appearances of both the twelve-year-old Afrikaans teen and of the farmer, Mr Van der Walt. http://www.volksblad.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Reddersburgboer-in-hof-n%C3%A1-skietongeluk-waarin-kind-(5)-dood-is-20100429

Afrikaner Willie Pienaar’s 2 murderers released through police error

Investigating officer in murder of Willie Pienaar (21) at Kwaggasrand, Pretoria failed to open a docket for the two captive murderersso the court released them

April 29 2010 - The SAPS investigating officer in the murder of Afrikaner Willie Pienaar, 24 on 10 April 2010 ‘forgot to charge’ the two men who were arrested by members of the local community shortly after the Kwaggasrand, Pretoria murder.  Beeld newspaper journalist Virginia Keppler reports that police also failed to fetch the video-recording of the events surrounding the murder – which was recorded by the closed-circuit cameras of the cafe-owner in front of whose shop Pienaar was shot dead in front of many witnesses. The newspaper published stills from the video – showing the suspects, one armed with a handgun -- walking around Pienaar’s car. It also showed two children running away - who had witnessed the murder just as they left the cafe.

----------------

Pienaar Willia murdered after withdrawing cash KwaggasrandOnly after Beeld and AfriForum questioned the conduct of the investigating officer with the SAPS did they show up to fetch the crucial video-evidence. Meanwhile the investigating officer also has ‘disappeared and police are searching for him’, reports the Afrikaans newspaper.

Willie Pienaar, 21, left, was shot dead execution style at the Kwaggasrand shopping centre on April 10 2010 in front of many witnesses. The local community beat up the three murder suspects, killing one and handing over the other two to the SAPS…

AfriForum spokesman Nantes Kelder said they were approached by the murdered man’s sister Yolandie Pienaar to help in the investigation. Three men attacked Mr Pienaar on 10 April at the Kwaggasrand shopping centre in front of the cafe while he was getting into his car after making a cash withdrawal from an ABSA cash-point. His sister said ‘he had just climbed into his car when one of the attackers grabbed him by the neck and shot him dead through the head. The men then threw his body from the car, searched it and tried to rob his car-keys, cellphone and wallet – but community members descended and started assaulting the murders, aged 27, 28 and 30 years – killing the 30-year-old and badly assaulting the other two. Police insp. DaniĆ«l Mavimbela, said shortly afterwards that police also confiscated a firearm and bullets. However it has now appeared as if the investigating officer never charged the two mauled victims – and the day when they appeared in court had not even drawn up a charge sheet – so the case was thrown out of court and the suspected killers released.

Two surviving robbers after beating by community Pienaar murder Kwaggasrand April 102010 One of the three beaten-up suspects, (left, the two survivors, 27 and 28 years old)  according to AfriForum’s well-informed sources close to the investigation, allegedly is the son of an official in the department of corrective services. Police confirmed that the 30-year-old had died during the beating and that police had the other two in custody, and had confiscated a firearm and bullets.

Yesterday, SAPS capt. Dumisani Ndlazi told Beeld  that they have now ‘launched an investigation into the misbehaviour of the investigative official’. They also are still looking for this cop, who seems to have disappeared. The two murder suspects, they hope to ‘have behind bars soon’,  he said.

Mrs Pienaar is reportedly very upset about the disastrous handling of this murder investigation. Kelder also said it’s a disgrace that murderers are back on the streets ‘due to the SAPS negligence’. The organisation is lodging a formal complaint with the independent police complaints directorate’. http://www.beeld.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/2-vry-oor-polisiefout-20100428

Genocide Watch threatens to raise Boer-Genocide alert

Genocide Watch threatens to raise “Boer-Genocide” level from 5 to 6

April 29 2010 -- Dirk Hermann of Solidarity trade union said in an exclusive news report on their radio solidariteitradio.co.za today that they received a letter from Dr Greg Stanton, founder of Genocide Watch that if Julius Malema and his cohorts continued singing the genocidal hate-speech song "Shoot the Boer', Stanton’s organisation  will soon raise its present Genocide Alert level 5 for the ongoing Boer Genocide to level 6, preparation for genocide.  Genocide Watch has listed the “Boers’ at risk of genocide level 5 (polarization) since 2002.

  • Level 6 is the “Preparation’ of a genocide. … which proceeds as follows:
  • “Victims are identified and separated out because of their ethnic or religious identity. Death lists are drawn up. Members of victim groups are forced to wear identifying symbols. Their property is expropriated. They are often segregated into ghettoes, deported into concentration camps, or confined to a famine-struck region and starved.

Intervention by international community urgently needed at this stage

: “At this stage, a Genocide Emergency must be declared. If the political will of the great powers, regional alliances, or the U.N. Security Council can be mobilized, armed international intervention should be prepared, or heavy assistance provided to the victim group to prepare for its self-defense. Otherwise, at least humanitarian assistance should be organized by the U.N. and private relief groups for the inevitable tide of refugees to come. “ http://www.genocidewatch.org/aboutgenocide/8stagesofgenocide.html

The next phase (7) is all-out extermination:

  • “It begins.. and quickly becomes the mass killing legally called “genocide.” It is “extermination” to the killers because they do not believe their victims to be fully human. When it is sponsored by the state, the armed forces often work with militias to do the killing. Sometimes the genocide results in revenge killings by groups against each other, creating the downward whirlpool-like cycle of bilateral genocide (as in Burundi). At this stage, only rapid and overwhelming armed intervention can stop genocide. Real safe areas or refugee escape corridors should be established with heavily armed international protection. (An unsafe “safe” area is worse than none at all.) The U.N. Standing High Readiness Brigade, EU Rapid Response Force, or regional forces -- should be authorized to act by the U.N. Security Council if the genocide is small.
  • For larger interventions, a multilateral force authorized by the U.N. should intervene. If the U.N. is paralyzed, regional alliances must act. It is time to recognize that the international responsibility to protect transcends the narrow interests of individual nation states. If strong nations will not provide troops to intervene directly, they should provide the airlift, equipment, and financial means necessary for regional states to intervene.”

8. DENIAL is the eighth stage that always follows a genocide. It is among the surest indicators of further genocidal massacres.

  • The perpetrators of genocide dig up the mass graves, burn the bodies, try to cover up the evidence and intimidate the witnesses. They deny that they committed any crimes, and often blame what happened on the victims. They block investigations of the crimes, and continue to govern until driven from power by force, when they flee into exile. There they remain with impunity, like Pol Pot or Idi Amin, unless they are captured and a tribunal is established to try them. The response to denial is punishment by an international tribunal or national courts. There the evidence can be heard, and the perpetrators punished. Tribunals like the Yugoslav or Rwanda Tribunals, or an international tribunal to try the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, or an International Criminal Court may not deter the worst genocidal killers. But with the political will to arrest and prosecute them, some may be brought to justice.

Stanton, a professor at George Mason University in the USA, is a world-reknown expert on the subject of genocide ever since he investigated the Cambodian genocide for the US State Department.

Stanton  wrote Hermann that 'the singing of this song and the fact that Pres. Jacob Zuma does not disclipline Malema or have him charged (over this) , is worsening the situation in South Africa".

The organisation noted in its latest report in the situation in SA on April 20 2010 that the ANC will not disclipline Malema, quoting from Reuters report.

“South African president Jacob Zuma has decided to not discipline Julius Malema after a Monday meeting to discuss the ANCYL's recent public controversies, a youth league source tells Reuters.

Malema has come under heavy criticism for his repeated singing of "Kill the Boer," an old ANC struggle song banned by a South African high court as hate speech, and his throwing out a White news reporter from a press conference in a racially-charged and expletive-laden outburst. "His comments were made on behalf of the Youth League and not the ANC. We are independent and if there needs to be any disciplinary hearing it should be conducted by us," the youth league source said, who attended the Monday meeting. The source also told Reuters that "Malema's comments were made on behalf of the Youth League and individuals should not be singled out," indicating the group is going to stand behind their leader.

The ANC says it is still thinking about what can be done with Malema. "The request for us to pronounce on what action will be taken, is premature, the ANC is still considering what to do," ANC Deputy Secretary General Thandi Modise told reporters on Tuesday. Modise distanced Malema from Zuma by adding, "Whatever Malema does, does not make Jacob Zuma a strong or weak president. The president should be judged by his own performance." http://www.genocidewatch.org/

Genocide Watch has also listed “Foreigners’ in South Africa as being at a high risk-level at the hands of ‘black racists’. http://www.genocidewatch.org/southafrica.html http://www.genocidewatch.org/images/South_Africa_10_04_23_

2010-04-27 Dirk Human, 41, Mooiplaats Boschkop AH shot and stabbed by gang – nothing robbed

Human Yolande widow of murdered farmer Dirk Human 41 Boschkop Mooiplaats April272010 Pretoria – Dirk Human, 41, a Mooiplaats smallholder-construction entrepreneur at Boschkop east of Pretoria, was discovered on Wednesday --  tied-up, hacked in the face and shot. His bloodied body was lying in the dressing room of the master bedroom. The house  is less than 200m from the police station. His youngest son, 2, was standing up in his cot, calmly watching.

Dirk Human, 41, was covered in blood after he was viciously assaulted by “robbers” -- who then only used his Colt bakkie to return to their homes in Mamelodi township. Police report it as an ‘armed robbery’.

The attackers were armed with knives and guns, when they had mysteriously managed to gain entry to the house and attacked Human as he stood in their en-suite bathroom, preparing for the day. Destroyed furniture, wall hangings, broken photographs and blood stains bore testimony to how Human fought off his killers in his bedroom where Jake, 2,  was in his camping cot. It is believed he was repeatedly hacked on the head, reports the Pretoria News. Once subdued, his killers then tied his hands with shoelaces before they shot him execution-style in the right temple.

The attack, which also left one of the killers wounded, came 24 hours after 250 Boschkop residents embarked on a massive anti-crime patrol in the area. It occurred moments after Human's wife, Yolanda, had left their house to drop off their eight-year-old son, Dirk jnr, at school on her way to work, and came three weeks after an attempted burglary at their home..http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=13&art_id=vn20100429044036753C569731

Pictures: Once again, this was no ‘armed robbery:” as his bakkie was only used to take the killers back to the Mamelodi township. The international Campaign to Stop Genocide, “Genocide Watch”also says these are no ordinary crimes targetting the country’s “Boers’ -- this horrific and totally unnecessary and dehumanising violence already is in stage 5 out of 8 of an ongoing Genocide – and has been since 2002:  http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2010/04/genocide-watch-2010-boers-refugees-at.html

Domestic worker “locked in room”:
While members of the community and the police were milling about outside the house, a friend of the Human couple arrived. Yolande Barnard burst into tears and collapsed when she heard of the murder. Police spokeswoman Marinda Stoltz said “an unknown number of men gained access to Human's property. They locked the domestic worker Lettie Lebina in her room, and tied up Human inside the house. Several shots were fired.” Johan van Wyk, a resident in the area who was one of  the first people at the scene, said Human's neighbour had heard Mrs Lebina screaming. She called for help on the citizen band radio of the local farm-watch at 07:20.  Yolanda  and their other son, 8, had left the house at about 06:50. Lettie Lebina said while she was locked up in her room, the only thing she could hear was a "noise" and somebody shouting: "Shoot, shoot, shoot!"

Police station closed – police says “it shouldn’t have been…”

When Van Wyk and the other two neighbourhood watch members stopped at the house, Lebina yelled at them that the child was in the house. "We walked into the house and found the boy in the master bedroom where he was standing quite peacefully in his cot," said Van Wyk. "He wasn't crying. We saw his dad lying in the dressing room. His dad was just out of his sight. The father's hands were tied with shoelaces and his head lay inside the cupboard. There was a lot of blood.

"We started doing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and kept going until the paramedics arrived." Several weeks before Human was murdered, there had also been several attempted breakins. Van Wyk said Human “hadn't reported it, because the police station had been closed.” The house is less than 200m from the police station. In response to this Stoltz said “a police station may never be closed. The door may have been closed due to the weather, and officials might have been sitting in the office at the back near the charge office, but there should always be someone there.”  Human's Colt bakkie was found abandoned in Mamelodi, in the east of Pretoria. His murderers had merely used it to get back home. http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/Boy-calm-in-cot-as-dad-dies-20100428

ANC regime in denial about genocide targetting Afrikaner-BoersAfrikanersTraumaVictimsAlbum killBoerHatespeechVictims2010

ANC regime in denial:

Pictures of traumas in SA: above: Afrikaner/Boers are killed/tortured in excessive, unnecessarily cruel and often very dehumanising ways which indicate  an extreme hatred towards the victims by their torturer/killers: the trauma injuries recorded by the SA Trauma Society  far exceed the bounds of what is seen during ‘normal crimes”. for instance: the victims are impaled through the lengths of their bodies; they are hung up and then tortured for hours;  their genitals are cut off slowly while they are alive; the slogan “KIll the Boer’ has been reported daubed in the victims’ blood on homestead walls; their women, girls, boys and even the smallest babies are often (gang)-raped; their limbs are chopped of and taken away; the baby on the bottom left ‘s body was wrapped in newspaper and she was torched while alive; babies’ heads often are bashed against hard objects or they are pistol-whipped; and those white Afrikaans-speaking victims who survive these ordeals at the hands of their heavily-armed young, black male attackers – often suffer mental and physical trauma for the rest of their lives. However all of these dreadful torture-murders are described by the SAPS as ‘ordinary crimes’ – and the ANC’s propagandists and agents often also deny the horrific nature of these injuries as seen on the published forensic photographs submitted into the public record as evidence in the law courts. We were even threatened with closure of our pages by Google and MSN if we dared to publish the most horrific trauma injuries. We were forced to remove photographs of those scenes as described above.

2010-04-21 Pastor Johan van Wyk, elderly mom attacked, Northcliff, 3-man black gang:

April 28 2010 -- As has only come to light a full week later, the Van Wyk family of Northclif was attacked by a brutal gang last Wednesday-night. The daughter Lindie, 5, reportedly lay weeping next to her grandmom Alida van Buuren (71) while the tied-up old lady was being assaulted together with her son, Pastor Johan van Wyk, by three young black males, armed with heavy spanners, who threatened to rape the old Afrikaans woman and kill her son.

-----------------

VanWykPastorJohanFamilyAttackedApr282010_Northclif_WeAreGoingToKillYou After the attack, the traumatised Lindie made a drawing at school showing blood spurting from her dad's and granny's heads while lying tied up on the floor. It's not reported whether anything was even 'robbed".

“Selfish animals”:

Pastor van Wyk was able to push the emergency alarm button and the three very violent attackers then left. Beeld journalist Andre Damons writes that Pastor Van Wyk (48) described the attackers as 'selfish animals. They didn't care about the children or the old folk'. He's the pastor of the flock at the Solid Rock church

The attackers told the old lady while beating her: 'We are going to rape you" and also told the Afrikaner man that he would be killed.

The attack occurred a week ago on Wednesday-evening but has only become known a week later - the police did not release the crime information until they were asked to confirm it yesterday.

Domestic worker unharmed with her two children:

The attackers got into the Van Wyk residence after they 'took the keys' from their black housekeeper. The housekeeper and her two children also were bundled into the room while the Afrikaner family was being beaten up – but the housekeeper was neither tied up nor attacked and her family members, a ten-year-old daughter and a 2-month-old baby, escaped unharmed. The attackers however were brutal towards the Afrikaners: bundling the family into one room, tying them up and then proceeding to beat the old lady and her son with heavy spanners. the two adults also were  subjected to repeated kicking and verbal threats that the old lady would be raped and the pastor killed. And while Van Wyk was being beaten he tried to hold his hand over his daughter's head to try and calm her down – she was weeping uncontrollably throughout their ordeal. The attackers demanded ‘gold and dollars’ claiming that 'the ADT-guards had told them there was lots of money inside the house'. However, Van Wyk said they aren't signed up to that particular security company - but he nevertheless showed them where their safe was.

While the beatings and verbal abuse were going on, the black housekeeper and her two children, a girl (10) and a two-month-old baby, also were brought into the room but were not tied up. So when all three attackers went to a second safe in another room, Van Wyk whispered to the housekeeper to push the emergency alarm button – but, he said, she was 'too shocked to move'. Although tied up he then managed to push the button himself, he said. The attackers fled."When you lie there you feel so helpless. You lie there like a father and a son but you can't protect your child and your mom. You can't even put your arms around your child. You don't worry about the money or the gold, you just wonder if we will all live.'He sustained injuries to his head, arms and legs as did his elderly mom. The family's story was merely ‘confirmed’  by SAPS student-constable Michael Kgatla. Freedom Day, Johannesburg, April 27 2010 -- In a disgusting display of raw hatred, a volatile, very loud group of ANC supporters tried to disrupt a meeting of opposition parties in Johannesburg by constantly chanting 'Shoot the Boers" and dancing aggressively. Democratic Alliance-leader Helen Zille was still addressing some 2,000 people outside the Constitutional Court when the group, with ANC-t-shirts and ANC-banners, showed up and tried to terrify the audience with aggressive dancing and loud chanting. However DA-alliance officials quickly pulled a protective ring around their supporters while a police cordon formed a ring and pushed the chanting gang into one corner of the square, writes Beeld newspaper journalist Cobus Coetzee .

Shoot the Boers

AfrikanerGenocidePictures The gang started chanting the genocidal song  “Ayesab’ amagwala”, which contains the prohibited genocidal hate-song words  “Dubul’ iBhunu” (Shoot the Boers). the song has not only been banned by law through two High Court Orders on April 2 2010 – but ANC secretary-general Gwede Mantashe also issued a standing order to all their memberse that they “must not chant that part of the ‘struggle-song' which 'could be interpreted as words which could lead to racial disharmony.'

However his orders were clearly disobeyed and the whites – including DA-leader Helen Zille – were threatened with murder by ANC-members chanting it outside the Constitutional Court on Freedom Day…

The leader of the ANC-group, Sihlwele Myeki, said in explanation they were 'being taunted' by DA-members and then just 'had to sing “Ayesab’ amagwala” (Shoot the Boer). They reportedly sang it twice.

The song was banned in two court orders – at the Johannesburg and Pretoria High Courts – on April 5 2010. The court ordered specifically any members of the ANC from chanting it because it ‘incited racial hatred” as it “incited the mass-murder of a small, vulnerable minority’.

However, while Myeki told Beeld newspaper that he was a signed-upmember of the ANC's Joe Slovo branch, the natinal ANC spokesman Ishmael Mnisi claimed they would have to first ‘investigate whether these actually were ANC members'. Note: he also did not condemn their racist behaviour…

Zille said afterwards 'that this kind of behaviour by ANC-members symbolises their (party's) attack on the Constitution'. Members of the DA and the OD had met specifically at the court on Freedom Day -- to express their deep concern over the erosion of the Constitution by the ruling party. "Ironically our Constitution is under threat from the very head of State who is sitting inside the Union Buildings,' she said.

  • Pres Jacob Zuma undermined the constitution when he made certain he did not have to go to court on "700 allegations of corruption', she said. "He abuses his power to protect his friends like Shabir Shaik against the law while other political opponents are prosecuted. His family starts all kinds of business enterprises and abuse their positions to enrich themselves from state-contracts. President Zuma declared his financial interests to parliament only after the DA pressured him into it,' she said. http://www.nuus24.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Skiet-die-Boere-sing-ANClede-vir-Zille-20100428

Especially Afrikaans-speaking white people are routinely murdered in SA through extensive torture such as impalement with a stake through their genitals right up to their throats, by hanging them up and torturing them for hours, by white victims having their limbs chopped off; and thousands of Afrikaner women already have been gang-raped; babies get torched to death or have their heads bashed in. Clearly, these are no ordinary 'crimes'. Genocide Watch says it isn't -- that this horrific and totally unnecessary violence already is a Genocide, Stage 5 out of 8.. http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2010/04/genocide-watch-2010-boers-refugees-at.html

Boer Genocide highlighted in sermon by Rev Kevin Swanson of the USA

Rev Kevin Swanson of the Reformation church OPC has extensively described the Genocide of the Boers in South Africa – comparing the violent attacks felling Afrikaner-farmers with the  cross-border violence into their state of Arizona from drug-cartel gangs in neighbouring Mexico. Rev Swanson is the author of several books, including “Restoring the Centrality of God in Christian Worldview and Life”, and “The Second Mayflower”

UK property mogul Chris Drummond murdered April 6 2010

Cape Town – Crime-fighting British property developer Chris Drummond was murdered in Claremont, Cape Town on April 6 2010 -- he did not take his own life as the initial  SAPS crime reports had claimed. The wealthy international property developer was found dead on a Claremont street four storeys below his parked luxury Audi 4x4 on Tuesday, April 6, writes Cape Argus staff writer Murray Williams. It was the hugely successful property mogul who had also launched the Claremont Improvement District Company (CIDC)– which helped crime statistics for the Claremont CDC drop well below the national average. He was only recently quoted as saying in an interview that ‘street children are rarely found in Claremont…”

Drummond Chris murdered April62010 SAPS claimed suicide Claremont Cape Town Drummond Chris property developer murdered not suicide CapeArgusApril272010 (2) The family hired private consulting forensic scientist David Klatzow to ‘add weight to the investigation’. And the SAPS’ newly-formed "priority crimes unit", the Hawks, were called in within just days, reports The Argus:

"There is no doubt that he was thrown over the building and did not jump," Klatzow said on Monday night. "There was blood on one of the pillars of the parking garage some distance from the parapet, which we're awaiting DNA test results for," he said.

The Property-Mag interviewed British-born Chris Drummond in March this year, writing that he moved to South Africa in 1983 -- the same year he was elected as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

“Senior directorships in big corporates kept him busy in Johannesburg, until he zipped off to Spain to develop the luxury residential resort, Miraflores, in Marbella. By then he was a partner in Sage Properties, which he bought out in 1996 on his return to SA – this time to Cape Town.

It’s luxury living on a farm in Africa…

“In 1997, Chris launched New Property Ventures, whose offerings include Arabella Golf Country Estate and Pinnacle Point. But Benguela Cove is clearly the flagship of his portfolio: ‘It’s luxury country living on a farm in Africa,’ says Chris.

‘And then there’s the space. There are only 124 homes on 210ha, making Benguela Cove the lowest-density residential estate in South Africa’.

Sixty-five of those hectares are devoted to vines, which are clearly thriving: the 2007 Maiden Vintage Sauvignon Blanc has already won an award.

Chairman of the Claremont Improvement District Company…

Property Mag also noted that he ‘still  finds time his hectic schedule for the social-upliftment and charity organisations he heads. Chris is chairman of the Claremont Improvement District Company (CIDC), which has been instrumental in the successful urban renewal of the Claremont CBD. Funded by a levy derived from local ratepayers, the CIDC provides additional services, like extra street cleaners and 24-hour security patrols. The company also financed the major road arterial, Claremont Boulevard, to the tune of R24-million. ‘So far, we’ve succeeded in creating an enhanced, safer and cleaner environment, which is attractive to consumers, investors and business owners,’ Chris says. ‘The results speak for themselves: crime statistics have dropped, and, even more significantly, street children are rarely found in Claremont.’

The Mozambiquan monster who pistol-whipped Afrikaans baby Marizaan Kruger, 1

Has anybody seen Chakhoma Machaba of Mozambique? … approach with care!

Police are looking for this Mozambiquan male , Chakhoma Machama, 28. Police believe he was the one who had viciously pistol-whipped Afrikaans baby Marizaan Kruger, 1, during a so-called ‘armed robbery’ at the child’s Robindale, Randburg home on April 22 2010. Very little of value was actually stolen.

Matha chakhoma Moz 28 attacked Marizaan Kruger 1 RandburgApril222010The little girl – who had just celebrated her first birthday two days earlier – was bashed so viciously that she has been in a coma ever since. The SAPS revealed that this person’s  name is Chakhoma Machaba and that he, moreover, also he was the "trusted friend" of Marizaan’s  child-carer Francina Sekhu. At around midday on Thursday this ‘trusted’ black person sat watching TV in the lounge of Mrs Sekhu’s employers, the Kruger family, who had moved into the Robindale, Randburg home only a year earlier from the Free State.

As they sat watching TV, another two Mozambiquan males walked into the front door…

----------------------

An hour later, when Marizaan's mother Madelein arrived home from work, Machaba and his comrSekhu Franscina carer of Marizaan Kruger 1 attacked Robindale RandburgApril222010ades had fled, the Afrikaans baby lay bleeding from the head, nose and ears and had to be resuscitated three times enroute to hospital – and her carer Mrs Sekhu was a bloody heap on the kitchen floor.

The baby had been pistol whipped after Machaba had let inside two fellow-Mozambiquans. They only stole a laptop and a modem before strolling out again… they could have looted the entire place and there was no reason whatsoever to assault the baby and her carer – but they only stole a small laptop computer and a modem. http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=13&art_id=vn20100427042549182C490119&singlepage=1

Marizaan Kruger – aged one, just beginning to walk -- was so badly battered that her skull was crushed and she fell into a coma at once. The baby girl – it is being claimed – is still fighting for her life. Mrs Sekhu is recovering well, sitting up in her hospital bed and chatting to family members.

No ordinary crime – this is a genocidal hate-crime:

Was this really just another ‘ordinary crime’? Or was this a hate-crime targetting an Afrikaans baby and her carer -- by black  racists who stole very little of value – but were targetting the child deliberately? The International Campaign to End Genocide lists South Africa's 'Boers and Refugees' as being at risk of "Genocide Politicide or Mass Atrocities at the hands of Black Racists' according to their "Countries at Risk 2010" ...and Boers have been listed as being at risk of genocide ever since 2002... http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2010/04/genocide-watch-2010-boers-refugees-at.html

The police however describes this genocidal gang-assault against this white baby and her carer, as just another ordinary crime, just another  ‘armed robbery’.

The Krugers arrived about a year ago from the Free State with their carer – and moved into this small home, which had already been burgled twice, causing the previous occupant to move because it was just too unsafe, said a neighbour.

Erna van Wyk of Rapport newspaper in Johannesburg evanwyk@rapport.co.za also writes that South Africans ‘have reacted with horror to the brutal attack on the baby girl. Violence-report ignored by ANC-regime

David Bruce, senior researcher at the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation, says meanwhile their report – which tried to examine the reasons for the out-of-control violence which is spreading across South Africa, is ‘gathering dust at the government. “Our last attempt to draw the government’s attention to our reports failed in March this year when the portfolio committee cancelled a discussion about it. Instead they discussed the new ranking systems for the SAPS – rather than discuss a report which explains why the most atrocious and violent forms of violence often form part of the South African crime pattern.

*Hopefully the portfolio-committee will now pay attention to our report in September.’

Ron Smith - engineer - tortured to death. game farm, BelaBela

2010-03-05 Ron Smith, 70, ex-Canadian engineer, murdered at game-farm Bela-Bela

Game farm owner had long career as an engineer in S.Africa:  built the central government complex in central Pretoria…  By Zev Singer , The Ottawa Citizen March 5, 2010

Ron Smith, 70, the Canadian-born South African engineer responsible for the central government precinct in downtown Pretoria,  was murdered at his small game-farm outside Bela-Bela/Warmbaths, reports Zev Singer in the Ottawa Citizen on March 5 2010.

“But homicide is so common there, says his son Jonathan, that he holds out no hope the crime will ever be solved. Two months earlier his wife had died of cancer -- and he was in the process  of selling up his small bush-camp resort outside Warmbaths/Bela-Bela. He was murdered before he could get out of the country,” the news report noted.

Ron Smith, 70, who grew up in Ottawa, was found tied to a chair at his homestead near Bela Bela, 170 kilometres north of Johannesburg, on Monday. He’d been shot in the leg and was left to bleed to death, said his son, Jonathan Smith. “Your life is not worth more than a cellphone,” he said. “And that’s exactly what they took from my father. They took a cellphone and a laptop.”

Engineer built government precinct in Central Pretoria

Ron Smith, who graduated from Carleton University in 1961, was a civil engineer specializing in transportation. During almost five decades in South Africa, the diminitive Smith – 5’6l” --  oversaw many infrastructure planning projects, including the national government precinct in central Pretoria. During his career, he also worked on the creation of clean water and sewage systems for poor villages.

In recent years, he owned and lived on a small “luxury bush-camp resort” that he built and his wife, Suzanne, operated. With room for about 12 guests, it catered to tourists, taking them to nearby wildlife parks.

South Africa has one of the world’s highest murder rates, with 37 murders per 100,000 people each year — nearly 20 times the rate in Canada. More than 18,000 people are murdered there every year.

Jonathan Smith said that his father, who worked on projects with the ruling African National Congress before the fall of apartheid, was very supportive of the dismantling of the segregated, white-ruled political system and worked hard to improve the country. What happened to him was “horrific,” he said. “He was basically tortured and murdered. He’s five-six and 70 years old.”

Worried about safety – just didn’t get out in time…

Jonathan Smith said his father was very worried about safety. A number of other property owners in the area were murdered in recent months and such attacks are a problem across the country. For Smith, it was just a matter of selling the “game farm,” as the property is called in South Africa.

  • “Most of his money was invested into the farm and he couldn’t retire without selling the farm,” his son said. “He just didn’t get out on time.”

Jonathan Smith, 37, who grew up in South Africa but moved to Halifax in 2008, said he left the country because it has become too dangerous. Jonathan Smith said officials with Canada’s Foreign Affairs and International Trade are trying to get more information for him. “Foreign  Affairs will make sure this one is not swept under the rug like so many others (in South Africa).”

  • The Canadian department’s website warns travellers to South Africa to be extremely careful there.  “Canadians should be aware that South Africa has a very high level of serious crime,” the site says. “Violent crimes, including rape and murder, routinely occur.”

What happened to him was “horrific,” he said. “He was basically tortured and murdered. He’s five-six and 70 years old.” Smith said he will try to collect all the information he can about his father’s death, but he has low expectations that anything will ever come of the investigation. “A lot of this is just a bigger problem, the madness of South Africa, which I don’t think many Canadians realize.”

Why is South African crime so violent?
